Blue Lace Tuelle DressDRESS DETAILS: This 1950s true vintage party dress features a a soft blue lace trimmed at the illusion neckline and sleeve cuff with iridescent sequins. Under the lace is a layer of tulle and under the tulle is a silky taffeta underdress. The underdress is structured at the bodice with two areas of boning that hold the sweetheart strapless bodice up. This closes with a side metal zipper and snaps to close the lace over the underdress. It looks quite a
