Small collar snaps shut and there is a snap at each sleeve cuff. Neckline has a decorative hanging piece with buttons that gives the illusion of a button placket. Attached self tie at drop waist and hem is faced with a cotton muslin type fabric. I don't know if this is original or not. If not, it is not something that was done
