Crafted from midweight organic cotton voile, the Bijou features a square neckline and Juliet sleeves that puff out at the shoulders and fit closely along the arms with elasticized smocking. The bodice is fully smocked with a fixed tie at the neckline and an adjustable tie at the waist, extending into an ankle grazing A line skirt.
